Razer Hammer Head True Wireless Earbuds

The issue is that my left earbud is suddenly disconnecting and powering off and after that only the right earbuf works. This happens like after an hour of use so i dont think its the battery because i get them out of the case fully charge. This happens when i connect them to my phone and my laptop. An another problem i hear a noise while playing a video on youtube or music it sounds like the air its getting out of a balloon. What can I do?
