Razer Hammerhead BT issues (mic and stereo compatibility)

I recently purchased a Razer Hammerhead BT. On the first day, it worked just fine. It was good with both the mic and the audio. But in the second day, I didn't touch any options but it does not work like the first day. If I used the mic (or opened any app that needed the mic), I was unable to hear anything. Is there any option on my PC to resolve this issue? - Whenever the computer 'uses' the mic on the earbuds, (uses the hand free) I can't hear anything from stereo or any other output device -When I use a separate mic (very bad) I can hear stuff from stereo - This issue just started appearing when I didn't touch anything. -When I just use stereo for output (disable hand free) it is obvious that the mic would not work but I can still hear stuff Plz Help Me

Hi everyone! Thanks for posting your Razer Hammerhead BT on our Support board. Have you tried pairing the headset to a different Bleutooth-enabled device and see if there's a difference?

Im solving this matter at the moment with my laptop provider, thanks for fast responce it seems to be working now
