Does this happen no matter the battery levels? Try to forget and re-pair them to the phone. I also highly recommend testing different Bluetooth codecs. Feel free to shoot me a PM should you need further assistance.

Hello, yes, it happens no matter the battery levels, how can I try different bluetooth codecs?, I tried on forget and re-pairing the earbuds but the problem persists

You will need to enable Developer Options by tapping the build number from Settings>System>About Phone seven times. After that, navigate to Settings>System>Developer Options and scroll down to the Bluetooth options, you should be able to change audio codecs from there. In any case, PM me the serial number of your headset so I can help you further isolate the issue.

In that case, PM me the serial number of your headset so I can look into possible firmware solutions. *Locking the thread to curb conversations to PMs.
