Razer hammerhead earbuds won't pair

I got these earbuds as a gift a while ago but they stopped working pretty soon after I got them so I just put them away and stopped trying for a while, I just found them again and they still won't pair or do anything. The case still works and has a green light but the earbuds themselves do nothing.
