razer hammerhead hyperspeed playstation working only left side.

Hi, I bought the Razer Hammerhead HyperSpeed for PlayStation. At first, it worked normally, and I used it about 3–4 times without any issues. However, the right earbud is now not working, and only the left earbud works.

Could you please help me troubleshoot and fix this issue?
