Razer Hammerhead Hyperspeed Pro battery problems

Hello, I bought Hammerhead hyper speed pro from Vatan store with the assurance of bilkom (official distributor in Turkey), the left earphone ends very quickly compared to the right, there is a serious difference, even though anc rgb is off, I tried to reset and charge it, it did not calibrate, please help

Try to update its firmware by following the steps below:

  1. Connect the earbuds to your device that has the Razer Audio App installed.
  2. Open the app and wait for it to connect to your earbuds.
  3. Tap the firmware update notification on the main screen.
  4. Follow the update instructions.

If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
