Razer Hammerhead Left earbud not pairing

I just received a pair of Razer Hammerhead true wireless earbuds, last week both buds were pairing to my phone (Android 10), now only the right bud pairs and the left one does not. I put it back into the case and hear a "Power on" followed by several attempts for the bud to say power, only for it to be cut off (Pow-, Powe-, Pow-). I've tried recharging them, I've tried repairing, restarting my phone, nothing. Curious as to a solution. Thanks
