Razer HammerHead Not Working When Playing Games

Hi, So recently I bought the Razer HammerHead, everything was fine I could listen to YouTube, Spotify, etc... but when I play a game for example GTA 5 via the RockStar Launcher it doesn't output audio, I have to go to the Bluetooth settings and disconnect and reconnect so I could listen to music again but when I re-launch GTA 5 the sounds disappear and I have to do the same thing again. I've tried entering gaming mode but to no avail. Anyone had this problem and solved it before by any chance? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Which version of the Hammerhead are you having issues with, and which Bluetooth codec is your phone using? Please send me the serial number so I can look into model-specific solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
