I ordered the 'Razer Hammerhead true wireless'.
After charging, I tryed to connect the earbuds, but only the right side is working.
The left side does not make any sound.
I tryed to solve the issue by following the steps on the razer website to reset/connect both earbuds, but without any results.
How to fix this?

Did you already try to update its firmware through the Audio App? Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you resolve the audio problem. Thanks!
