i cant seem to register my newly bought razer hammerhead pikachu in “my products” i just bought it last May 5 2022. i did enter the sn correctly and it automatically shows the pn but after filling up my information and then click on the add button it says “this product is already registered” help pls

For hammerhead Pikatchu edition - there are a lot of fake units appearing on the internets, so this might be a reason why you cannot register it.

Also you can try to contact Razer Support and try to verify if the product you’ve bought is genuine or not.
