Razer Hammerhead pro hyperspeed right side inability to turn on

I just received this as of recent and found really big flaws that happened.

Apparently the right side of the earbuds does not even turn on after full charge. I tried all the torubleshooting methods which includes cleaning the contact point, tries to charge it on one side, or using other phone with no connection issues, just the right side being absolutely unresponsive, is there anything I can do to fix this problem?
