I just bought it but the serial number says its unknown the time I want to register it. What should I do?

    Can you send me a photo of the serial number of your device? That way, I can check it for you. Btw, where did you purchase the device? I'd appreciate it if you can send me a copy of its proof of purchase. I can use it to validate its warranty status. Let's pick it up from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
