razer hammerhead pro v2 left earbud barely working

Hi im a big fan of razer and i bought myself some new razer hammerhead pro v2's and just out of the box the left earbud does not seem to be working correctly the left earbud is playing lower than the right one and i tried with multiple devices can anyone help? Thanks:)
