Razer Hammerhead Pro V2 PC Mic problem

For some reason I cannot use the Hammerhead Pro V2 microphone on PC. I've tried reinstalling drivers, checking recording tab on Sound Settings and the device is not listed there (even when checking "show disabled devices). I'm using the single 3.5mm jack on a combined jack that supports headphones and microphone. The headphones work fine but I'd like to use the Razer's mic instead of my laptop's microphone.

    This can either be a settings issue or the mic is broken. Do test the headset on a phone first and send me your results via PM.
