Razer hammerhead right earbud loses more battery

So i just bought my new razer hammerhead and connected them to my phone. I was chilling like 10 min and the sound was like low battery on my right earbud so i putted them back in the case waited untill they charged back to full then i listened again to music and like 10 min and again the right earbud lost 90% while the other one was still on 100%. Plz help me out i tried a lot of stuf but nothing is working idk if i should refund or not.
