My Razer Hammerhead True Wireless 2 gen right earbud is not turning since the other day. I tried to fix it using tips from FAQ troubleshooting, but it's doesn't help. Pls, if someone knows how fix that let me know.

Can you place both earbuds in the charging case and connect the case via the charging cable to a USB port. Wait for the LED on the charging case to turn green and check if the issue continues. If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the battery issue.
