Hi,
I get this week Hammerhead TWS 2019 generation. I knew some troubleshooting - right earbud don`t work, but when I try connect “earbuds” with Audio App, application everytime say “Unable to find your device”, even connection via Bluetooth is ok. I tried clear cache, reinstall application, reset earbud, restart whole phone… but nothing.
Another question is, how is possible to find if is right earbud dead or is just something wrong with contact/charging case?
