Razer Hammerhead True Wireless (2nd Gen)

I was using both the Right and Left earbud the previous night and when i woke up the next day. The left earbud no longer it can’t power on so it can’t pair. Anything tips or suggestions to get it working would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for alerting us about this. Try to reinstall your mouse’s firmware by following the steps below:

 

  1. Connect the earbuds to your device that has the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app installed.

  2. Open the app and wait for it to connect to your earbuds.

  3. Tap the firmware update notification on the main screen.

  4. Follow the update instructions.

If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
