Razer Hammerhead True Wireless (2nd Gen) Right bud not turning on

My Razer Hammerhead True Wireless (2nd Gen) right earbud has stopped turning on when i open the case.

Have cleaned the contacts and case with cotton buds soaked in ipa & air dried.

Case & left earbud are fully charged, led green and left earbud will turn on pair to devices.

I understand that your Razer Hammerhead right earbud isn't turning on, but the left earbud is working just fine. You also did some steps, but I suggest let’s redo (one last time) with additional process below: 

 

  1. Place both earbuds in the case and ensure they charge for at least 15 minutes, checking the case's charging indicator.
  2. Inspect the charging pins on the earbud and inside the case for any debris or dust and clean gently.
  3. Put both buds in the case, close the lid for 5 seconds, then open to let them auto-repair; listen for tones indicating success.
  4. On your phone/PC, go to Accessibility settings and ensure the left/right audio balance isn't set all the way to one side.
  5. Place buds in the case, close the lid. Then, hold both earbuds (or the case button if available) for about 6-10 seconds until you see a flashing light or hear a reset tone to factory reset them. Here’s the link guide: Razer support
  6. After the reset, re-pair the earbuds to your device as if they were new.
