i just got the mercury hammerheads and i have tried to pair them and they wont pair dont even go into paring mode when lids is open.

I understand you're having trouble getting your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds into pairing mode. Did you notice any changes or indicators on the earbuds? Are there any other devices currently connected to your earbuds that might interfere with pairing?

Please try placing the earbuds back in the charging case and ensure they are fully charged. Check if the LED indicator shows that they're charging. Kindly ensure the charging case is powered and functioning correctly, as a low battery in the case can sometimes prevent the earbuds from entering pairing mode.

Make sure to follow the instructions in this article as our guide to pair the earbuds to your device.
