Hi, my RAZER Hammerhead True Wireless is about 3 months old is having auto disconnect problem during calls. It normally happended after about 10-15 minutes. Once it auto disconnect, I had to OFF bluetooth & ON again to pair it. After pair it, its connected & can make calls again but the same disconnect problem will happen after another 10-15 minutes. Please advise. Thanks

Does the problem persist on multiple devices? Have you already tried updating its firmware for further isolation? Please PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for options to help you further. Thanks!
