i,ve bought razer hammehead true wireless brand new , i.ve charged them full and donwloaded the razer audio on ios , i try and on android same result they won’t to pair like bloothoot on phones at all,i saw the video to reset them they won’t sound nothing no beep no pair activation no nothing at all , can anybody gives me advice please?

True wireless next gen will not turn on it started with the right and now both won't time on
my Hammerhead true wireless won’t pair to anything, they are fully charged, yet don’t display a paring sound, they are fresh out of the box and have not been paired with any device before.
they won’t pare to my phone or anyone else’s as the bluetooth can’t be detected even via app

Same issue here… I bought thes about two years ago, but never get to use them. so the whole time they where in their box like brand new. Now as I wanted to use them I put the earbuds in the case and charged them over night. When I open the case the light is green but as described in previos posts, there is no pairing sound indicator or anything. I tryed every method to reset and connect. Not to my win10 PC or my IPhone XS Pro Max, no connection possible, even the razer Aodio App can,t find the device. Is there any solution to this kind of problem?
Same with mine fresh out from the box but is not working no sounds or any prompt
Same here bought brand new and not a single thing is working no noise at all won't even turn on let alone pair.
