Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Case Won't Charge?

Hi all! Completely floored here and have no idea what to do. :( Received Hammerhead True Wireless earphones for Christmas and they were incredible! However, due to how much I used them, I inevitably ran out of battery. That, of course, is where the trouble began. I am unable to get my case to charge! I've tried different sockets and have yet to try different wires, but nothings worked. What do I do?

    The cable is usually the culprit but if the problem persists, you highly likely looking at a bad battery. In any case, please send me a PM so I can validate the warranty status of the device.
