I purchased this product in an official store in Moscow, the warranty for this product is only a year, the product was purchased on November 8, 2022, during this period the total number of hours of using the product did not exceed 60 hours, I was very surprised that after such a short time use, my headphones failed, after contacting the official store in Moscow, service for this product was refused due to the lack of service centers in the Russian Federation. And they suggested contacting any other service center to have the faulty right earphone repaired. 
After visiting several service centers, it was determined that the chip had failed, given the fact that the headphones were not subjected to any negative impact, were not dropped, did not end up in water or similar cases, for this reason I am extremely upset by this situation, since I am a fan of yours products and this is the first time such a situation has happened, I hope you will consider my request.
