Hi all! My name is (*Omitted) from (*Omitted). I purchased my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds last September 23, 2020 in razer.com Australia through my sister who work there but only sent to me this year and received the product this month here in Philippines. I unboxed it yesterday and charged for about 3 hours since it was the first charging from unboxing. In my first use of the earbuds after installing the Razer Audio App there was a software update needed so I updated it. When I first use the earbuds I have noticed that the battery indicator in the app in left earbud is at 50% only while the right earbud is at 60%. Since it was my first use of the product and just performed the software update done by the Razer Audio App I was thinking It was drained due to the software update process. So I used the earbuds due to excitement. While using the earbuds I noticed that the left earbud drained so fast compared to right earbud. But still ignored it because I was thinking it will be corrected when I recharge the earbud. After recharging same problem still exist. Left earbuds will drained in just 30 minutes of use and will only charge up to 90% compared to right earbud that will charged up to 100%. I would like to ask if there's a quick solution to this problem? Or should I claim warranty and return the product? That's odd. Since you've updated the device and getting the same battery charge behavior, then there's a possible hardware issue on the left earbud. Please send the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless to your sister since the free prepaid label can be generated and used in the country where the device was bought and shipped.
