Razer HammerHead True Wireless Earbuds low battery problem

i have bought 4 Razer HammerHead True Wireless Earbuds low battery problem and 4 of them have same issue. when i charged it led goes green and it fullt charged after i connected my phone and there earbuds 100% battery, after 30 minute it goes to 40% right, and left 50% 4 of them have same problem. i knot earbuds fully charged must work 3-4hr. this 4 pcs not going work after 1 hr. battery drain problem, i dont know why this problem cames 4 of 4 of them, is this defective 4 of them? have some one this problem? thanks

    There is no emerging issue coming from these earbuds. However, those earbuds need checking as they may have a hardware issue. By the way, are you referring to four pairs or four pieces (two pairs) of earbuds? When and where did you buy the device? What region/country are you from?
