Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds Pikachu Limited Edition Pikachu Prompt Not Working Anymore

Hi! Good day. Need help please. I just bought the Pikachu earbuds then installed the Hammerhead True Wireless app. Using the app, I was able to successfully change the voice prompt from "Pikachu" to "English". However, when I was trying to change it back to "Pikachu" again, I can't anymore and is resulting to "Update interfered". But I can always go back from "English" and to "Chinese" and vise versa. Please help. I just bought this and really like it so far. Thank you, Paul
