Razer Hammerhead True Wireless (Gen 2) connection issues

I’ve bought these thinking it would be nice to own a pair of gaming earbuds for mobile. but it seems that i can’t get them to connect to the razer audio app or to just bluetooth any suggestions would be helpful, I tried every possible way to get them to connect following the troubleshoot guide in the manual or on the support page but they don’t seems to help. problems i’m facing is the case is fully charge but plays no sound for pair mode when i open lid to the case and can’t find it under my list for discoverable devices.

What specific phone are you currently using? Have you tried connecting it with a different phone? Let me know via PM along with your Hammerhead’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
