Hi, my Razer headphones won’t connect. I’ve tried a thousand things, but neither the app nor Bluetooth can find them—it’s like they won’t pair. Just to clarify, they are brand new. Was your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless working fine before? When did you purchase your earbuds? To isolate the issue, place both earbuds inside the charging case, close the lid, and connect your device to a power source until it’s fully charged. Delete the previous Bluetooth connection from your phone. Once the earbuds are fully charged, try pairing them again. If the issue persists, please send me a PM with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase for warranty verification. Kindly save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here.
