Es ist so ich habe mir gedacht ich kaufe mir die Razer Hammerhead True Wireless und genieße das Kabellose Erlebnis.
Falsch gedacht ich habe die Kopfhörer laut Anzeige aufgeladen, nur schreit der Linke Kopfhörer immer Low Battery und schaltet sich ab. (Vermutlich Akku Defekt)
Es ist nicht so schlimm das es nicht funktioniert, weil ich mir denke es kann schon mal passieren das der Akku bei ein Paar von Tausend stück kaputt sind, kann ja vorkommen.
Nur kann ich leider den Support seit 2 Wochen nicht erreichen und wollte mal fragen ob mir jemand weiterhelfen kann.
Ich will nämlich nicht einfach 119€ für nichts ausgegeben haben.
