Hello, so basically, I've bought this earpods again after refunding as I was thinking that it was a problem of the first one, the first problem is that when I charge my earpods, the light displays as green, but when I connect them to my computer it says that it is at 20% and then it says low battery pretty fast, the second one is that they don't seem to charge properly or atleast they charge(?) but the battery drains off really fast, the third problem is that when I connect to discord and use the microphone, I don't hear my friend and I don't hear anything in the PC, I do not know how to fix these issues as I've tried everything and I don't wanna refund them again, help would be really appreciated,I use these only for PC and I've got them for PC, and I can't find the software of this earpods.
