I can use only right earbud because left is on only for 15min without rgb, with rgb is like 5-7min can someone help me?

I recommend trying to perform battery calibration on your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless. It might help to drain the battery to 0% and then let it recharge to 100%. Once done, please observe if the same issue persists. If so, please PM me with your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for replacement options.
