Hey! I already wrote to you about my problems with headphones, but in Russian. You asked to write in English, so I am writing again. I am from Ukraine, Kyiv and I bought the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Mercury headphones . The headphones worked fine, but at some point they stopped working, connected, and made voice sounds. I was careful with the headphones, they did not fall. The left earphone works fine, while the right one has been in the charging case for the fourth day and does not work (( There is also a weightless problem, but since the moment of purchase, I have never been able to connect to the Razer headphone app, they can be connected to bluetooth without problems.

Can you advise me something? How can I fix the problem? Or is it better to go to the store where you bought and try to fix it there?
