-bluetooth not recognizing the device at all
-i downloaded razer hammerhead app, the app only writes to pair the device, not recognizing at all
-i downloaded the razer audio app, but i cannot connect the device, it is fully charged as well and im followong the pairing instructions too
The device is supposed to be in pairing mode while the charging case is open, and the device is inside of the case. Like this, the razer audio app cannot recognize the device. Instead, while the charging case is closed with the device inside of it, the razer audio app recognises the device but still cant connect to it. It seems like the pairing is inverted. I also tried closing the charging case lid while the device is outside of the case, but it still cant recognise or find it.
