Razer Hammerhead true wireless not connecting or working

I just bought a new pair Razer Hammerhead True Wireless and they dont go into pairing mode an i cannot see them in the bluetooth either. I charged them over the night and they still dont work

What phone are you currently using? Make sure that there’s no current device connected via Bluetooth. You can also it on a different phone. If the issue still persists, then you can shoot me a PM along with the serial number of your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless so I can look for other troubleshooting steps.
