Razer hammerhead true wireless not connecting or working

I bought the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds like few weeks ago. The case is working and showing the green light indicator as it should. But both my Buds are not working. There is no Touch response, No Voice from the Buds and no Pairing via Bluetooth or Razer Audio App. Nothing works except the green light indicating in the case. Please help, this is so frustrating. 
Device I use Asus ROG GL553VD, HP Victus 16, iPad mini 5, iPhone 13, iPhone 15, and iPhone 11.

Hey bud, having the same issue. Brand new pair of v2 hammerhead pros. Doesn't want to pair up with anything. I followed instructions I've found floating around the net but nothings worked. Won't connect via Bluetooth or pair up. You had any luck?

I understand that you are having a connection/pairing issues with your Razer Hammerhead Pro V2. Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.
