Razer Hammerhead True Wireless not working!

I purchased the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds. The Chase is working and is showing the LED indicator as it should. But both my Buds are not working. No Touch response. No Voice from the Buds. No Pairing via Bluetooth or Razer Audio App. Nothing works. I have no Response at all. Only the Case shows its LED. Maybe the Buds don't charge? Please help. :(

Also having this issue. No signs of life from the buds.

Trash ear buds. I used them once or twice in the 2-3 years i had them. They look spotless. The case “works”… But the earbuds are dead. Terrible product.
