Razer Hammerhead True Wireless PRO is not paired. Please solve it

I received the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless PRO as a gift around March 2023.
However, the battery is fully charged, so even if I open the case and run pairing mode, it won't show up on my 2 phones and laptop. The name doesn't even appear on the audio app. Please tell me the solution. I want an exchange or warranty.
