Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro Sound issues on PC

I just got these headphones to use with PC gaming today. It seemed to pair very easily to my Windows 10 pro PC. When launching call of duty modern warfare, the initial screen loads up with no issues. Once the launch screen opens up (to select the game modes) the sound disappears. In the audio options in game, nothing is heard when testing sound. However the microphone testing works. On PC when I use control panel sound settings and select Razer Hammerhead TWS Pro Hands free for playback both the microphone and headphones work in game, however the sounds are awful and only 16 bit. If I disable hands free under recording devices I can play the game in Razer Hammerhead TWS Pro stereo mode and it sounds great, but there is no microphone option. Am I missing something? Why cant I hear the game in stereo and still use the microphone to chat with my friends in game? Hopefully its an easy fix, but I have spent over 1.5 hours trying different things and I cant seem to figure it out.

The Hammerhead True Wireless Pro Sound was designed for mobile gaming. PC games have higher quality audio, and the file sizes of those aren't something the Bluetooth bandwidth can handle especially if you're using it as a two-way comms device.

Thanks for the response. Clearly I would not have bought these headphones if I knew it couldn’t play stereo sound and work with the microphone at the same time. I would suggest this information be added to the headphone description. The way it’s described is very misleading.

Everything in the tech specs screams mobile to me, and as far as I know, no headset designed for PC has ANC. But I'm not one to argue. Do send me a PM of which part you think is misleading. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
