Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Problems

Hello! After 2 weeks of using, i have so many questions about this earbuds: - battery always show 100%. This is software or hardware problem? And why no battery level of case? - App not connecting to only one earbud - on windows pc, affter ~10 minutes of use, audio becomes unstable. I love Razer products, but this problems is really annoying. Thx and sorry for my bad english!
