razer hammerhead true wireless solid green light but no sound and wont connect

i left them to charge all night so i know they are charged, but when i open the lid i just get a solid green light but no sound for like “power on/off” ect ect

the phone dosent see them so im not sure what could be wrong

any ideas or tips will be appreciated
