just bought a Razer Hammerhead True Wireless first gen and the earbuds doesn’t show up in the Bluetooth or the Razer App that my husband has in his phone. Can somebody help with this issue ?

What specific phone are you using it with? Have you tried pairing it with a different phone? Let me know via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
