I just got them today. They worked once. I put them away to charge and now the right one gives no light no pairing sounds, nothing. I’ve tried pairing them together nothing is working!

Hey! I'm with you on this one. I understand how you feel considering that you just got the device today. For now, follow this guide as it may fix the issue. If nothing changes, send me the serial number to validate the warranty status for RMA options.
