My razer hammerhead true wireless x, left ear bud is not charging for over a month. How can I fix it? Or is there a shop in Bacolod City Philippines that I can go to repair it?

My True Wireless Pro is the same.i paid almost hundred dollars and used it for more thane 2 year. Now the Battery on the other side is not durable. and i didn’t get the correct solution after contacting the customer. at least it can be repaired
