I recently purchased a Razer Hammerhead X Wireless earphone. However, upon opening and using it for the first time, I found that the earbuds do not appear to be functioning.
The earbuds show no signs of power, no indicator lights, and they do not appear in the Bluetooth device list. I have also tried fully charging them, but the issue remains the same. The earbuds still do not power on, show any lights, or become discoverable via Bluetooth.

Please bear with me for a bit. Did you charge your earbuds until the battery indicator on the charging case was lit green? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
