Hello,
I got this product brand new and followed the instructions that came with the product, I charged the case fully (more than 4 hours) using the razer cable that came with the box , the indicator on the case was green and I opened the case in order to enter pair mode . The earbud indicators stayed off and have never changed color or made any sound , none of my Bluetooth devices detect this device (iPhone, PC , Android phones or other iPhones from friends). I have repeated these steps multiple times and have followed every instruction i can find on the Internet, both from official Razer Support, other users and AI advice. I would like some help regarding this Issue.
