I bought the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X and it got delivered today. I charge it for an hour and then tried using it with the Razer Audio app. it shows high % on the batteries and to my surprise the numbers decreased so fast and sometimes switch their percentage. I tried charging and about an hour the led indicator turns green and tested it again and then after 2 minutes of usage the right earbud is low battery again. the left is like 70%. It seems that its not just me having this issue.

before I am all praises to razer and its products but now I am disappointed. I am not the only one having this problem. there are tons of report about this on this forum and reddit. weird that we dont even get a response here.

I'm sorry to hear about your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X having a poor battery issue. I suggest trying to perform battery calibration on your Razer earbuds. It might help to drain the battery to 0% and then let it recharge to 100%. If the problem persists, please PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check the warranty options.
