Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X right side auto turn off

Hello guys, so my Razer hammerhead tws x right side is auto turn off while idle after a few seconds, but if i play music, it isn't turn off the right side automatically, while the right side is turned off because idle for a few seconds, the left side is normal, but it isn't going to pairing mode or something else, in my phone bluetooth it's disconnected. If i want to play music, i must turn on the right side by holding the Razer logo for a few seconds. In the Razer audio app, i set the wireless saver to 30 minutes.
