I bought these earbuds yesterday and when I used them yesterday they were still okay. but the next day the left earbud made a static sound while I was listening to a song. this is very annoying. I've never dropped my earbuds and I've never wet them. The static sound is louder when I'm listening to music. Static sound is also heard when not connected to bluetooth.
Any way to fix?

Does the issue happen while the earbuds are paired to another device? Is the static only happening to a certain application?
It still happen if i paired the earbud to another device. The issue does not only happen on certain application, it make static noise when not connected/paired and when connected/paired

The symptoms show a possible hardware issue. If the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless is within warranty, please contact where you purchase the device. You can send me a PM including the details of your vendor so I can verify if they are part of our authorized reseller.
