I’m sorry to hear about the intermittent connection issue with your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless. Are you experiencing this problem when connected to a laptop? If so, try updating your Intel drivers via the Intel Driver Support Assistant if it uses an Intel Wi-Fi module. You can also do the steps below:
- Adjust the earbuds until they fit snugly, or try swapping out the ear tips to find a pair that seals well.
- Use the mobile app to do a fitting test to ensure you have a good seal.
- Disable the Auto Play/Pause feature if you cannot get a secure seal.
